Facebook is not the place to go when you’re feeling sad. In moments of self-doubt, the social network could be your worst enemy. Right in front of your eyes, everyone else’s perfect worlds are on display.

 

They just got engaged. You have no boyfriend, bae, or boo in sight.

He’s traveling the world. You might not even have a passport.

Her job is amazing and fun. You sit in a cubicle for 8 hours a day bored to death.

She takes the best, sunlight filtered selfies. Your last pic update got only 9 likes.

 

Their lives are perfect, and it shows in every post, picture, tweet, snap, and update.

 

You’ve just got to remember: perfection doesn’t exist.
